Our client is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to support the design, development and optimisation of Workday-based data and software solutions, with a strong focus on reporting, integrations and AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and enhance enterprise applications within the Workday ecosystem.
• Build and maintain Workday Reporting solutions to support business intelligence and operational decision-making.
• Develop and optimise Workday Integrations, ensuring reliable data flows between systems.
• Support the implementation and adoption of Workday AI capabilities to improve automation and user experience.
• Perform solution testing, test script design and quality assurance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for application and infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Proven expertise with Workday Reporting.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Integrations.
• Knowledge of Workday AI capabilities and use cases.
• Experience designing, testing and deploying enterprise software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience within Oil & Gas or other large-scale enterprise environments.
• Exposure to SaaS platform architecture and integrations.
• Experience working within complex global organisations.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data management best practices.
