- What you’ll do: Own the full cycle. Find the supplier, make first contact, negotiate, close the purchase, and keep the relationship alive after.
- Salary: EUR 3,150 to 3,500 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus. The harder you hunt, the more it pays.
- Bonus: a bonus structure above market level, with no upper limit.
- Where: on-site, on the wholesale floor. This role does not work from home, and we explain why below.
- Languages: fluent Serbian and/or Bulgarian + English (any extra is a plus).
- Visa: we’re a recognised Dutch Highly Skilled Migrant (Kennismigrant) sponsor, so the right person can come from anywhere.
