B Futurist moves quickly on technology. We work with external partners to improve how we operate, we are putting AI to work across the business, and we are now building the technical capability to lead that work ourselves rather than only buy it in.

This is a new role. You would own the technology we build and buy outside our ERP, and make sure the company becomes genuinely good at using AI. You set the technical direction, and the shape of the role is partly yours to define.

At a glance

• Your focus: The technology we build and buy outside our ERP, and how the company uses AI.
• Current stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Odoo and Claude.
• Reports to: Business Operations Team Leader.
• Hybrid: One day working from home per week. Fully remote possible for candidates based outside the Netherlands.
• Shape of the role: roughly a quarter hands-on building, half leading the technical side of partner projects, a quarter enabling the teams.
