Project Manager Electrical Infrastructure
Other Engineering, Operations
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a complex brownfield electrical infrastructure project valued at approximately €30 million.
The project includes the development of a new grid connection and substation in cooperation with the local DSO, migration from four incoming feeders to two, replacement of existing diesel generators, installation of new medium-voltage switchgear, and renewal of the site's electrical distribution network.
Acting on behalf of the facility owner, you will lead the project from engineering through construction, commissioning, and handover. A key challenge will be delivering the new infrastructure while the facility remains fully operational, as production downtime is not an option.
Your responsibilities include:
- Overall project leadership on behalf of the owner.
- Managing engineering partners during basic and detailed design phases.
- Coordinating contractors, the DSO, and internal stakeholders.
- Controlling scope, budget, planning, risks, and project execution.
- Overseeing construction, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Ensuring safe implementation with minimal operational impact.
- Driving stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
