About the job
The Associate Manager, Publishing Editorial & Marketing supports the development, quality assurance, and delivery of IB-endorsed educational resources through strategic collaboration with publishing partners. The role sits within the Digital Partnerships team, maintaining and expanding partnerships while supporting publishing workflows, quality assurance, marketing alignment, and partner engagement.
The Publishing Editorial & Marketing supports the development, quality assurance, and delivery of IB endorsed educational resources through strategic collaboration with publishing partners. The role sits within the Digital Partnerships team and bridges publishing partners, internal academic teams, and external reviewers, ensuring that all content meets IB quality standards while supporting the growth and scalability of the IB publishing ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Publishing, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience in educational publishing, content development, or editorial delivery.
Experience managing manuscript review and publishing workflows.
Knowledge of educational marketing and product promotion.
Strong project and programme management capability.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with cross-cultural and distributed teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Coordinate reviewer contracts, timelines, feedback cycles, and quality assurance processes.
Manage content and feedback flow between reviewers and publishing partners.
Support publishing partner relationships, communications, meetings, and issue resolution.
Develop and execute marketing plans for IB-developed and co-published resources.
Review and approve partner marketing collateral for brand and messaging alignment.
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with publishing and distribution partners.
Maintain and improve publishing processes, documentation, and scalable workflows.
