Aftersales Manager
Sales & Business Development
Are you technically minded, commercially aware, and strong at organizing? Do you enjoy being in regular contact with customers and making sure everything is properly arranged even after a project has been completed? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you at Logiqs.
As Aftersales Manager, you will take responsibility for our customers once a project has been delivered. You will be the key link between the customer, our service engineers, and our technical organization.
Your main focus will be on our iCUBE systems. These are automated storage systems where reliability and availability are essential. You make sure we do not wait until a customer calls us with a problem, but instead think ahead. Planning preventive maintenance, monitoring SLA commitments, offering spare parts, coordinating service activities, and ensuring that everything is handled correctly from an administrative perspective: you keep the overview.
In short, you will help us take the next step from providing service to delivering professional and proactive aftersales support.
What will you be doing?
No two days are the same. You will work closely with customers, service engineers, technical teams, and Sales. One day, you may be discussing preventive maintenance for a customerβs machines, while the next you may need to respond quickly to an unexpected breakdown. Throughout it all, you maintain the overview and make sure agreements are followed through. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and planning service, maintenance, and breakdown activities;
- Proactively organizing preventive maintenance, with particular attention to our iCUBE systems;
- Managing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) following project completion;
- Maintaining customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities within aftersales;
- Proactively offering spare parts, maintenance, and additional service solutions;
- Ensuring the correct administrative and financial processing of service activities;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and working together with Engineering, Software, and Sales to further professionalize our products and aftersales organization.
You will have plenty of freedom to further shape this role. Do you see an opportunity to make something smarter, better, or more customer friendly? You do not have to wait for someone else to take the initiative. Take ownership and make it better.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who knows how to combine technical understanding, customer contact, and strong organizational skills. You do not need to be able to solve every technical issue yourself, but you understand what is happening, ask the right questions, and know when to involve a specialist.
In addition:
- You have MBO+/HBO level working and thinking ability, or an equivalent level of education and experience, with a strong affinity for technology;
- You have experience in service, aftersales, planning, or a similar technical environment;
- You are strong at planning, organizing, and setting priorities;
- You are customer focused, commercially minded, and a strong communicator;
- You work proactively and independently and are able to maintain an overview during busy periods;
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
Experience in machine building or industrial automation is an advantage. More importantly, we are looking for someone who takes ownership, can switch easily between different responsibilities, and enjoys helping us further develop our aftersales organization.
What we offer
This is not a role where everything has already been mapped out for you. Our installed base is growing, which means aftersales is becoming increasingly important within Logiqs. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in its further development.
We offer:
- A high degree of freedom and responsibility within your role;
- The opportunity to further develop and expand our aftersales organization;
- A varied position combining technology, commercial activities, customer contact, and organization;
- Regular contact with international customers and our own technical specialists;
- A competitive salary based on your knowledge and experience;
- A family owned company with short communication lines and little hierarchy;
- A good pension scheme;
- 25 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional days;
- Enjoyable activities organized by our employee association;
- Plenty of opportunities to further develop both yourself and the role.
