THE POSITION
As a Quality Implementation Specialist within QHSE, you drive the High Five Quality program. You connect teams across the organization with workshops and trainings and provide clarity around standards, processes and improvement. In this role, you combine program management with coaching and stakeholder engagement. Together, you make quality a natural part of how we build the future. You create teams and workshops to get a better understanding of what quality means within Van Oord and how it is used.

  • Driving and further developing new content and presentation materials for the High Five for Quality program.
  • Working with and coaching teams to embed quality in daily operations.
  • Creating workshops and training people on the High Five for Quality program.


YOUR WORKPLACE
You will join a small, specialized QHSE team with a strong focus on quality from a management system perspective. You will be working at our offices in Rotterdam and Gorinchem, especially in the first year, but you will be part of our global organization. This means the implementation will be onboard vessels and projects across the globe.

  • A proactive, people-oriented, and structured way of working.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, supported by PMP, IPMA, or a similar qualification.
  • Practical experience in implementing similar programs in a large and complex global organization.
  • Strong presentation and facilitating skills.
  • Preferably experience in construction, contracting, or offshore energy.
