Our team
We currently have a vacant position for a Food Technology Intern in our Functionality and Application team. We are a small and agile team of scientists bridging research on fermentation-derived dairy proteins and the commercialization of those ingredients. With your expertise and creativity, you will link these results to potential in food applications. You will be involved in the following activities:
- Developing a deeper understanding of (fermentation-derived) protein functionality in combination with key matrix ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the whole company (strain engineering, fermentation, DSP, marketing, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of your experiments and results in the electronic lab notebook.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
Who are we looking for?
