Job Description
Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Full Stack Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in any programming language C# .NET, Java, Python and any cloud technology AWS/Azure/GCP, UI, SQL, Docker, REST API, and microservices, with a solid understanding of scalable architectures and modern development practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence across the product lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 7-12 Year in software development with strong backend and cloud expertise.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in C# .NET, Java or python along with UI implementation and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP for application deployment and scaling.
- Microservices: Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to solve sophisticated issues.
- Git: Experience with version control systems (Git), defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI).
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent coding assistants to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Contribute to the adoption of emerging AI-enabled software engineering practices specifically Agentic AI across the team in partnership with business.

Good to Have Skills
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for large-scale applications.
- Domain knowledge of Financial Technology Applications.
